Project: Campus Signage & Heritage Integration
Client: Cranbrook School
Cunneen Signs has an ongoing partnership with Cranbrook School, delivering comprehensive signage solutions across their Bellevue Hill campus. Our work spans everything from major construction projects to routine updates, combining heritage sensitivity with contemporary design and functionality.
As part of the award-winning campus redevelopment led by Richard Crookes Constructions and designed by ExtraBlack, we were engaged to manufacture and install a suite of high-end signage across new buildings and public spaces. This included bespoke building identification signage, architectural feature elements, and illuminated signage integrated into key entry points throughout the campus.

Beyond the redevelopment, our team continues to support the school with a wide range of signage services. We’ve delivered custom wayfinding totems, upgraded car park and traffic signage, and fabricated directional systems to help students, staff, and visitors navigate the grounds with ease.
Cranbrook’s history is at the heart of its identity, and we take great pride in maintaining and updating their collection of donor plaques and honour boards—crafted in materials such as fabricated bronze, brass, glass, and timber. These updates are handled with care and precision to ensure they blend seamlessly with existing installations while preserving the integrity of each piece.

To support the school’s long-term signage needs, we also developed a custom Signage Manual—providing design consistency and practical standards across all future works.
Our relationship with Cranbrook School reflects our ability to deliver signage solutions that are technically sound, visually refined, and deeply respectful of tradition and place.
